Interim Recruitment & Resourcing Administrator - Redruth / Hybrid - £25-26,000

Well Placed HR have been exclusively engaged by a large and highly regarded Redruth based employer who urgently seek the assistance of a Recruitment Administrator to join their Human Resources team on an interim basis. The assignment is full time and with a duration of no less than 2 months, commencing as soon as possible. The role will be based at the company’s Redruth based headquarters and the business offers a hybrid working arrangement if required (up to 50% of working hours).

Working as part of an experienced people management team, this contract will principally focus on the provisions of recruitment and resourcing administration. Key responsibilities to include:

- Work with the resourcing team to plan recruitment projects

- Administering internal and external recruitment campaigns

- Managing the recruitment email, application system and tending to pre application enquiries

- Arranging interviews in liaison with line managers

- Managing initial candidate contact

- Assisting with onboarding and employment contracts

- Assisting with induction programs

This contract will call for an efficient, organised and personable administrator ideally, though not essentially, with previous experienced gained in an HR/recruitment setting. The role works with an energetic and friendly team that genuinely care about employee experience with the business so a great team working attitude and sound communication skills a must.
