Multi Trade Operative

Multi Trade Operative Required - Cornwall

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Cornwall to work on social housing properties doing mainly planned works but including some response and voids. Work patch will be mainly from St Austell/ Newquay down to the bottom end of Cornwall.
 

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 21 days holiday bank holidays. (salary dependent on qualifications and could increase after probation)

Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
• Able to rip out and refit full kitchens and bathrooms
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Speaking to customers and making them feel at ease

Multi Trade Operative Requirements:

• Good multi trade experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• NVQ or equivalent in a trade i.e. Carpentry or Plumbing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
