Role: Branch Manager
Location: Redruth
Pay rate/Salary: Base Salary £55k to £60k + Bonus Available
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent – Office/Field based
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

Key Responsibilities-
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Manage all aspects of the business, including full P&L, sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing

Lead and mentor employees to drive business growth

Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance company performance and revenue
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is:

Experienced in the electrical wholesale industry

From a B2B sales background

Knowledgeable of the local area

A skilled negotiator with the ability to identify new business opportunities

Proactive, with a strong track record of building supplier and customer relationships
