Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for a well-established client based in Reigate who are looking to appoint an Account Manager to support the growth of both new and existing accounts. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with real ownership and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of retail and non-retail accounts with full commercial ownership
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, securing new listings
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with customer contacts (buying, supply chain, technical, etc.)
  • Work closely with procurement to assess market opportunities for clients
  • Monitor and manage stock levels with the supply chain team
  • Collaborate with insights and marketing to create compelling, data-led customer presentations
  • Track and report on sales performance and contract balances

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience within a similar background ideally an FMCG company and must have an exposure to major UK food retailers
  • 2:1 or above in a business-related degree
  • 3+ years’ experience managing accounts
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to win and grow accounts
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident negotiator, highly organised, and results-driven
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills
