A well-established planning consultancy with a dedicated in-house design team is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and growing practice. Based in Reigate, the company specialises in a wide variety of planning and design projects across the UK, with a particular emphasis on residential and care sector schemes. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments, the team combines planning expertise with innovative architectural solutions. While prior experience in the care sector is not essential, the practice offers in-house training to support development in this area.

Daily Duties:

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD

  • Assist with site visits, surveys, and compliance checks
  • Contribute to the preparation of planning and building regulations submissions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Intermediate to Senior level Architectural Technologist with substantial UK-based experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong technical skillset
  • Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
  • Confident communicator and effective team player
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills
  • Willingness to develop specialist knowledge in the care sector through training
