A well-established planning consultancy with a dedicated in-house design team is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and growing practice. Based in Reigate, the company specialises in a wide variety of planning and design projects across the UK, with a particular emphasis on residential and care sector schemes. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments, the team combines planning expertise with innovative architectural solutions. While prior experience in the care sector is not essential, the practice offers in-house training to support development in this area.

Daily Duties:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD
- Support planning and design teams with technical input across a range of residential and care sector projects
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout project stages
- Assist with site visits, surveys, and compliance checks
- Contribute to the preparation of planning and building regulations submissions
Ideal Candidate:
- Intermediate to Senior level Architectural Technologist with substantial UK-based experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong technical skillset
- Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
- Confident communicator and effective team player
- Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to develop specialist knowledge in the care sector through training
