To support the class teacher in the development and education of children, including those with special needs. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in delivering and evaluating programs.
- Adapting teaching materials for individual pupils and groups.
- Providing encouragement, reassurance, and comfort.
- Attending to personal requirements and physical care while promoting independence.
- Clinically assessing pupils and determining medical interventions.
- Liaising with parents and medical professionals.

- Support Delivery:Provide 1-1 and group support, monitor pupil performance, and maintain the learning environment.
