Configuration Systems Analyst - DB / DC Pensions

We are currently recruiting for a Configuration System Analyst with DB and DC Pensions experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.

Please note, this role is Inside IR35 and mostly remote working.

Experience:

  • Understands corporate pensions business requirements including those for DC, DB and hybrid arrangements
  • Has a strong understanding of DB calculation data requirements is necessary
  • Worked extensively in an implementation role covering DC, DB and Hybrid Pension arrangements
  • Hands on experience of pensions data conversion process including data analysis, data mapping and testing
  • Experience working with the main Pension Admin systems (e.g. oPen, Profund, Compendia, Penserver etc.)
  • Strong experience dealing with payroll and HR providers on data exchange and system integration projects
  • Strong working understanding of SQL and data mining tools
  • Has strong knowledge of databases structures, pension administration systems and member data in a Trust based pensions environment
  • A working knowledge of Unix is advantageous, but not necessary
  • Experience of end to end Project Delivery
