Are you an experienced Legal Secretary, looking for a permanent part time role local to Reigate.?

If you have property experience that'd be great, but they are happy to cross train someone from another legal background.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills, a strong eye for detail, and a professional approach to supporting fee earners in conveyancing and property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners.
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and forms.
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining and updating client files and case management systems.
  • Assisting with property transactions, including Land Registry applications and SDLT forms.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary (property/conveyancing experience desirable).
  • Strong typing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
