Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
  • Bonus scheme (details to be discussed at interview)

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
  • Preparing detailed cost plans and accurate budget forecasts for residential schemes
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis to support project viability
  • Managing tender processes, evaluating bids, and negotiating with subcontractors
  • Monitoring budgets and tracking project expenditure
  • Overseeing contract administration, variations, and interim valuations
  • Preparing and negotiating final accounts to ensure strong commercial outcomes
Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
  • Experience with a housebuilder or developer (open to both SME and PLC backgrounds)
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Well-versed in the full project process from groundworks to handover
  • Willingness to travel to the Reigate head office and site locations as required (initial sites in Kent / East Sussex)
  • Open to experienced Quantity Surveyors or Assistant Quantity Surveyors ready to step up
