Responsibilities as Senior Sales Negotiator will include:
- Selling high quality residential properties in Reigate and the surrounding areas
- Working with the Director to value and and take on properties
- Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion
- Being a key part of a highly successful team with great career potential
- Ensuring clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation
As Senior Sales Negotiator you ideally will have:
- A successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as a Sales Negotiator
- Experience of valuing and taking on properties as an Estate Agent
- Local knowledge of Reigate and the surrounding areas - not essential but would be an advantage
- The skills to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
- Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
- A UK driving licence - please note you will need to use your own car for property visits - there is a good car allowance
