Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Reigate
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + 6,000 Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing timely updates.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and service history.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using service management software.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
