What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing comprehensive care during client visits, ensuring you are never rushed and can truly connect with those you support.
• Assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and light household tasks.
• Offering genuine companionship and emotional support.
• Keeping accurate and confidential records of care provided.

• Earn £14.04 per hour.
• Paid every Friday for the previous week worked.
• Full pay for all travel time spent between clients, PLUS 45p per mile mileage reimbursement.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate nature (We can teach skills, but not kindness).
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (Essential).
• Reliability, great communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
• Previous care experience is a bonus, but not required - paid induction training provided.
