Horizon Teachers is working with a well-established specialist school in Reigate, Surrey, currently seeking several SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team at a nurturing and well-resourced site supporting children with a range of learning and developmental needs.This school caters for primary-aged pupils with complex learning difficulties, including Autism, speech and language needs, and sensory processing challenges. The setting is calm, structured, and highly supportive - perfect for individuals who are patient, empathetic, and ready to help children thrive in a specialist environment.What the school is looking for:

Teaching Assistants with a genuine interest in supporting SEND pupils.
Experience in an SEN setting, or personal experience with children with additional needs is beneficial but not essential.
Calm, consistent, and compassionate individuals who can commit to full-time hours.
Team players who are adaptable and willing to learn in a therapeutic and specialist setting.
