Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity, for a long established and very successful business based in Reigate, who are looking for a new member of their Operations team.

Working in a fast-paced environment, this is a key role with responsibility for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting supply chain operations, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating stock balance sheets
  • Ensuring high levels of data accuracy
  • Monitoring product run rates
  • Liaising with the Sales team
  • Communicating any delays to relevant stakeholders
  • Receipt of stock into system
  • Monitoring warehouse stock levels
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies with third parties
  • Verifying stock transfers against documentation
  • Taking part in bi-annual stock takes
  • Supporting the wider Operations team

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience within an operational environment, ideally inventory or supply chain
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Experience of Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP would be advantageous
