Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity, for a long established and very successful business based in Reigate, who are looking for a new member of their Operations team.
Working in a fast-paced environment, this is a key role with responsibility for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting supply chain operations, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating stock balance sheets
- Ensuring high levels of data accuracy
- Monitoring product run rates
- Liaising with the Sales team
- Communicating any delays to relevant stakeholders
- Receipt of stock into system
- Monitoring warehouse stock levels
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies with third parties
- Verifying stock transfers against documentation
- Taking part in bi-annual stock takes
- Supporting the wider Operations team
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience within an operational environment, ideally inventory or supply chain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Experience of Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP would be advantageous
