My client is a world renowned manufacturer of components and equipmentfor a variety of industries world wide. As a result of retirement they are looking for a Manufacturing Professional to join their team. This is a hands on management role where you will be leading a team of production and maintenance professionals from the front and on the factory floor.
Duties will include defining the production methods and maintenance procedures of the plant. Ongoing budget management and liaison with the production planning and sales team to ensure that the facility operates at maximum potential. Candidates should have at least 5 years people management experience, and will be at least HND Qualified in an engineering discipline. You should have good knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and six sigma methodologies and have a track record of delivering lean manufacturing initiatives.
