A leading engineering company specialising in environmental infrastructure projects are seeking a Senior Site Operative to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out mechanical installations and general site works at various locations across the UK and Ireland.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install products.
- Work according to health and safety protocols and risk assessments under supervision.
- Assist with warehouse and logistics duties including loading/unloading and preparing equipment for site deployment.
- Maintain professionalism while working on client sites and when travelling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mechanical fitting or similar hands-on trade
- Understanding of safe working practices and site-based health and safety
- Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable (Training Provided If Needed):
- CSCS Yellow Card
- Additional certifications such as PUWER, MEWP, Confined Spaces, Slinging etc.
