A General Manager to lead a family pub & restaurant
To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
A General Manager to take full P&L responsibility of a pub that has been picked for Capex
Developing a high-performing and motivated team

The Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
Experience with managing large teams is a must
You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
Carvery Experience would be brilliant
Must come from a busy Branded or Independent pub & Restaurant background
