Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator to join Denbighshire Council's Environmental Services on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with complex reception and visitor queries in a professional manner.

  • Contribute to the development and organisation of support service systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Coordinate meetings and events as required.

  • Manage manual and computerised information systems, including maintaining accurate records.

  • Collate and analyse data, producing reports as required.

  • Provide administrative support including minute-taking, document preparation, and ICT-based tasks.

  • Operate ICT packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.

  • Process invoices, code sheets, and monitor budgets using spreadsheets.

  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team and independently.
