Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator to join Denbighshire Council's Environmental Services on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Deal with complex reception and visitor queries in a professional manner.

Contribute to the development and organisation of support service systems, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate meetings and events as required.

Manage manual and computerised information systems, including maintaining accurate records.

Collate and analyse data, producing reports as required.

Provide administrative support including minute-taking, document preparation, and ICT-based tasks.

Operate ICT packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.

Process invoices, code sheets, and monitor budgets using spreadsheets.

Provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
