You will collaborate closely with the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer, assisting with the company's daily financial activities. - Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including processing invoices, expenses and bank reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Help manage and track subscription-based revenue and recurring invoices
- Assist with payroll, pension and employee expense processing
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely financial reporting and data accuracy
- Contribute to monthly close activities and support finance processes
- Learn how Finance integrates with other departments (Sales, Customer Success etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge such as an understanding of accounting principles, including managing invoices and expenses
- Familiarity with accounting software and a willingness to learn new tools
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- AAT is desirable
- 2/3 years experience in a finance role
