Our Client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in the heart of Richmond. This office-based role is key to supporting the growing business and maintaining their commitment to excellent customer service.

As an Office Administrator you will be supporting Managers & Directors bymanaging day-to-day activities, supporting projects, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Previous administation or office experience is essential with a competency in Microsoft Office, especially excel.

Paying up to 27,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Managing the administrator mailbox and responding to customer enquiries
  • Supporting documentation tasks: printing, photocopying, binding, and posting
  • Maintaining office systems, including data entry, filing, and database updates
  • Assisting with meeting prep, both internal and external
  • Monitoring and restocking office supplies (stationery, uniforms, kitchen items)
  • Drafting letters and official correspondence
  • Supporting RAMS and contract documentation
  • Helping maintain training records and matrices
  • Assisting Directors with marketing, LinkedIn updates, and client invitations
  • Providing general support to the Directors and admin team as required
  • Contributing to accreditation processes and compliance

It is desirable that the Office Administrator will have experience within the mechanical building services industry although not essential. If you have worked in retail or a face-to-face customer service role previously and possess good admin and data entry skills, then this may be an ideal opportunity for you.
