About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Building Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of a large, modern residential development. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the property is maintained and operated to the highest standards.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum ( depending on experience )

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas.

  • Lead, support, and manage an on-site team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellent customer service.

  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and relevant legislation.

  • Implement and embed robust policies, procedures, and operational structures.

  • Carry out regular inspections, provide accurate reporting, and maintain effective communication with residents, contractors, and senior management.

  • Oversee budgets, contracts, and service delivery standards to ensure value for money.

Requirements

  • Strong background in residential property management.

  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety compliance.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to implement structure and drive standards.
