We pride ourselves on serving traditional, freshly made pub food with a delicious Italian twistthink hearty classics, fresh pastas, and wood-fired pizzas from our outdoor pizza oven.
What Were Looking For:
A Head Chef with experience in a similar, high-quality pub or gastropub environment
Strong leadership skills to manage a small, passionate kitchen team
A love for cooking fresh, seasonal dishes with creative flair
Experience with pizza ovens is a plusbut not essential
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
