We are looking for a Sous Chef and for our restaurant in Richmond.
We are a neighborhood restaurant and late-night bar with a menu that focuses on seasonal plates.
Only the very best seasonal produces are used and prepared with the least intervention.
The ideal Sous Chef should have:
Experience in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen teams of 10/15 Chefs
Experience High-quality and high-volume kitchen operations
Worked in previous roles with systems in place for ordering, rotas, stock level and control etc.
Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients
In return the Sous Chef will receive:
A salary up to £55,000 per year
