The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will have full responsibility for the safe, timely and high-quality delivery of projects across residential, commercial and external works programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing several concurrent projects from start to handover
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Overseeing programme delivery, quality, safety and compliance
- Managing technically complex works packages
- Engaging closely with clients, design teams and stakeholders
- Driving operational improvements and consistency across the business
