Location:RichmondRole:Performing Arts Teacher (Drama focus, with potential for Dance or Music) (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliverdynamicand engaging Performing Arts lessons, primarily in Drama, across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire students to develop their performance techniques, creativity, and understanding of dramatic and potentially other performing arts disciplines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create exciting and challenging curriculum opportunities.
• Provide constructive feedback to support student progress in performance and theory.
• Contribute to school productions and extracurricular performing arts clubs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliverdynamicand effective Performing Arts teaching at the secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and ideally another performing art.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for the performing arts and the ability to inspire students' creativity and confidence.
