The Role

As Assistant Manager, youll support the General Manager in daily operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction. You'll play a key role in maintaining high service standards, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and support /train front-of-house staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  • Help monitor inventory and manage supplier relationships
  • Support financial goals through cost control and sales initiatives
  • Manage social media
