Are you a HSEQ Manager, looking to for a longstanding family-run business within the quarrying industry in a static role that offers you full autonomy to create and implement processes in order to maintain and achieve relevant accreditations?

This longstanding quarry and processing plant have been steadily growing over the past few decades and have made a positive name for themselves within the industry. Although now a professional business, this company have stuck to their family-owned roots and provide a flexible workplace where everyone's input is valued. The company now has a big focus to maintain and gain relevant industry accreditations which this role will be vital for.

You will be the go-to individual responsible for supporting the upkeep and ongoing enhancement of HSE and Quality within the business. You will be expected to regularly visit the site from your own personal office, monitoring incidents, machine maintenance, staff welfare and complete risk assessments aligned with inspections and regulations. They are looking for someone to take ownership of the role and make it their own.

This role would suit a HSEQ Manager, who is looking for a static, rewarding role that offers plenty of autonomy in leading this business to maintain and achieve all relevant industry accreditations.

The Role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies in compliance with HSEQ
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Work closely with staff on-site and the Directors
  • Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm

The Person

  • SHEQ Manager/Advisor
  • NEBOSH Certificate level 3 as a minimum
  • Experience implementing quality procedures
