Location: Richmond (Hybrid Client Visits)

Salary: Up to £40,000

We’re looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to join a well-established IT services business, supporting SMEs across London. You’ll be delivering 2nd and 3rd line technical support across a range of environments, no two days will ever be the same.

The role:
  • Providing onsite and occasional remote 2nd and 3rd line support to SME clients across the London area.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues across Windows Server, Office 365, networking, and more.
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software.
  • Working closely with clients to ensure systems are secure, optimised, and fit for growth.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment.
  • Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, networking (firewalls, switches, routers), and desktop support.
  • A problem-solving mindset and confidence to work independently on client sites.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London.
