The team advises predominantly high-net-worth individuals (typically with assets between £5m-£20m) across a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Lifetime and succession planning
- Estate administration
- Creation, administration, and winding up of trusts
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to deliver tailored, strategic advice and to build long-standing, trusted relationships.The RoleThe successful candidate will:
- Manage a varied caseload of private wealth matters independently
- Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients, many of whom may be navigating sensitive or challenging circumstances
- Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees within the team

Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private wealth / private client law
- Ideally 4-7 years' experience managing a caseload independently
- Strong technical expertise in wills, probate, trusts, tax, and estate planning
- Excellent communication skills, with empathy and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
