We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in and around Richmond. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and can confidently lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils remain focused and productive. You’ll be supporting a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to maintain a consistent and positive learning atmosphere throughout the school day.

To be successful, you’ll need strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet.
