Team Leader - Tenancy Progression - £40-45k Salary plus a bonus - Richmond - Internationl Agency

Are you a senior tenancy progressor looking for the next step in your career, or are you a current team leader looking to join an international agency with excellent progression?

My client is a very reputable, international agency with offices throughout London and globally. They are now looking for a drIven tenancy progressor to join their team in their West London head office.

Team Leader Tenancy Progressor will possess the following attributes:

  • At least 3 years' experience in tenancy progression
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Experience with Reapit is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities of Team Leader include:

  • Manage the end-to-end tenancy process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Manage a team of 3 tenancy progressors
  • Arrange tenancy agreements, deposits, inventories, check-ins, and renewals
  • Liaise with agents and clients to ensure a smooth move-in process
  • Stay up to date with lettings legislation and AML regulations
  • Provide support and guidance to agents on tenancy progression

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 one day a week work from home

Salary: £40-45k plus a bonus
