A highly regarded Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy, based in Richmond, is looking for a driven and professional Project Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team.
The Project Quantity Surveyors' role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work across a wide-ranging portfolio of exciting projects within the healthcare, leisure, commercial office, and industrial sectors. Recent examples include a 6m casino refurbishment and multiple holiday park developments valued between 1m and 8m.
This role provides strong exposure to full project lifecycles, offering an excellent platform for long-term growth and progression towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The Project Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Varied sector experience is ideal
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong pre & post contract experience
- UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
