Trainee Estate Agent - Richmond - Full Training Provided - £24,000k basic, £60k plus OTE
My client is a well established, high-end independent agency with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for a driven, enthusiastic trainee estate agent to join their team in their Richmond office.
Main duties of the trainee estate agent include:
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
- Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, every other Saturday 10-4
