Key Responsibilities:

Preparing landlord paperwork & ensuring property compliance

Creating and updating property details in the CRM

AML checks & valuation pack preparation

Booking photography, floorplans & EPCs

Managing invoices and arranging payments

Advertising properties & handling enquiries

Supporting landlord onboarding and day-to-day admin tasks
Ideal Profile:

1 year+ experience in a lettings administration role
