Their Twickenham team is growing, and they're looking for a Lettings Coordinator to support their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing landlord paperwork & ensuring property compliance

  • Creating and updating property details in the CRM

  • AML checks & valuation pack preparation

  • Booking photography, floorplans & EPCs

  • Managing invoices and arranging payments

  • Advertising properties & handling enquiries

  • Supporting landlord onboarding and day-to-day admin tasks

Ideal Profile:

  • 1 year+ experience in a lettings administration role
