Our client is a leading independent agency with a long-standing reputation for excellence across sales, lettings, and property management throughout the Borough of Richmond. They pride ourselves on our local expertise, integrity, and dedication to delivering a premium service to clients.As they've continued to grow, and are now looking for a highly organised, and personable Property Manager to join our experienced team. If you're passionate about property, thrive on building great relationships, and want to be part of a supportive and professional environment - this could be the perfect role for you.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied portfolio of high-quality residential properties.
  • Be the go-to contact for landlords and tenants, offering expert advice and support.
  • Coordinate timely maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.
  • Carry out regular property inspections and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Handle tenancy renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and changes of occupancy.
  • Ensure full compliance with AST legislation including deposit protection and Right-to-Rent.
  • Oversee rent collection and proactively manage arrears.
  • Stay informed on current housing laws and ensure portfolio-wide compliance.
What we’re looking for:
  • Solid experience in residential property management, ideally with AST expertise.
  • Full clean UK drivers license.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification.
  • Can work onsite Monday to Friday.
