- Coordinate timely maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.
- Carry out regular property inspections and ensure high standards are maintained.
- Handle tenancy renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and changes of occupancy.
- Ensure full compliance with AST legislation including deposit protection and Right-to-Rent.
- Oversee rent collection and proactively manage arrears.
- Stay informed on current housing laws and ensure portfolio-wide compliance.
- Solid experience in residential property management, ideally with AST expertise.
- Full clean UK drivers license.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification.
- Can work onsite Monday to Friday.
