Location: Richmond Role: Art & Design Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3-4, encouraging a broad range of creative exploration.
- Inspire students to develop their skills in various artistic and design disciplines, fostering individual expression and innovation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art and Design curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art and Design.
- Potentially lead extracurricular Art and Design clubs or contribute to school exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Art, Design, Fine Art, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Art and Design at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art and design practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for art and design and the ability to inspire students' creativity and innovation within a supportive and brilliant environment.
