Our ambitious school in Richmond is seeking a Passionate Business Studies Teacher to join our successful and growing department. We are keen to hear from Business Studies Teachers who are excellent practitioners and may have the drive and potential to take on a TLR and contribute to the ongoing development of Business Studies provision and extracurricular Business Studies. This is a prime opportunity for a Business Studies Teacher to lead Business Studies initiatives and further Business Studies education. We need a dynamic Business Studies Teacher.

Location: Richmond Role: Business Studies Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4-5.
• Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for Business Studies concepts and real-world applications.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Business Studies curriculum.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Business Studies.
• TLR opportunities may include leading a key stage in Business Studies, directing enterprise projects, or managing Business Studies resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong knowledge of Business Studies principles and a passion for entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead Business Studies activities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the department related to Business Studies.
