  • Lead the preparation and review of UK corporate tax returns and ensure compliance for a wide portfolio of clients, from SMEs to large corporations
  • Deliver strategic corporate tax planning and advisory services, including restructuring, relief claims and other specialist areas
  • Conduct client consultations, offering high-level advice on complex tax matters
  • Mentor and manage junior staff, fostering a high-performance and knowledge-sharing culture
  • Ensure compliance with ICAEW Practice Assurance Standards and internal quality procedures
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and manage tax risk
  • Stay updated with changes in UK tax legislation and share insights across the firm
Required Attributes & Experience
  • CTA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong technical grounding in UK corporation tax
  • Proven experience advising clients on corporate tax issues in a practice environment
  • Skilled in managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients with varying levels of complexity
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Experience using tax software such as CCH Personal Tax & Central, or CorTax
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of team development
