Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator

Red Sky Personnel are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator.

The company is going through a sustained period of growth due to our on-going success and as such is looking to expand our team.

The role

The purpose of a Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator is to identify, attract and shortlist suitable candidates, matching them to clients and vacancies as well as providing general administrative support to the business.

You day to day duties will include but will not be limited to:

Research, identify and attract relevant candidates using adverts, marketing campaigns, job boards, social media & other recruitment tools

Telephone screening and interviewing shortlisted candidates both on video call and face to face

Preparing CV's and candidate profiles, obtain employment references & right to work checks Workplace walks - giving you the opportunity to see the work environment for yourself

Building & maintaining relationships with candidates, receiving & solving general queries and being their "go to" within Red Sky

Identifying new candidate and client opportunities

Providing general administrative support to the business
