IT Support Engineer - FTC - Fixed Term Contract
Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join on a Fixed Term Contract. You will be providing first class 2nd and some 3rd Line support to end users and should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.Â
FTC - Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Hybrid working – 3 days on site
Essential skills/experience
- 5 years + relevant experience 2nd Line Support (with some 3rd Line)Â
- Autopilot or Azure experience required
- Strong understanding of Windows 10 Operating system
- Mobile support to iOS, android and windows devices
- Windows Active Directory Management
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networks of TCP/IP, Ethernet & network DNS/DHCPÂ
- Capable of Server administration WINDOWS ( GPO, AD)
- Solid understanding of Hyper- V Virtualization technologies
- Strong Understanding of Software and Patch management systems WSUS and SCCM
- Understanding and working knowledge of Azure technologies & Office 365 administration
