This is a full-time office-based marketing role located near Watford, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Creating marketing assets for campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and social media
Designing and creating visually appealing marketing materials, such as social media graphics and email templates using Adobe Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design
Analysing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts
Managing and updating social media accounts via the CRM system

We’re looking for:

Experience working within marketing, creativity with the ability to design marketing assets
Proficiency in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Relevant qualifications or studies within marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred but not essential
