A supportive primary school in Rickmansworth is looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to help pupils overcome behavioural and social challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference and see the impact of your work every day.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group behaviour support
• Implement and monitor behaviour interventions
• Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and parents
• Track pupil progress and provide feedback
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
• Patient, proactive, and empathetic
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Committed to supporting pupil progress
