Wake Night Support WorkerHours: 30 per weekPay: £12.71 per hour

We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Wake Night Support Workers across our Supported Living services. You’ll play a vital role in providing practical and emotional care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, behavioural challenges, and physical disabilities – helping them live as independently and fully as possible.

The Role

Deliver person-centred care in line with support plans.

Support with practical tasks such as meals, laundry, cleaning, and social activities.

Maintain accurate records and notes.

Work collaboratively within a team, ensuring high-quality care at all times.

Provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment during night hours.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, or mental health needs (preferred).

Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

Commitment to high standards of care and safeguarding.
