- £33,930 per annum plus £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Running your own section to an exceptional standard in the 3 AA Rosette restaurant
- Preparing and presenting seasonal dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency
- Supporting senior chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Upholding the high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety across your section
- Taking part in ongoing training and development to further hone your skills
About you:
Youll have experience in high-end kitchens, ideally within Rosetted or 4/5-star hotel environments. Passionate about food, local produce, and working with a dynamic brigade, youll bring energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a busy, fast-paced setting.
