Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Around 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a practice environment (qualification or equivalent preferred).
  • Proximity to the office preferred for occasional face-to-face interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make clients feel heard and understood.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and familiarity with HMRC processes.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude.
