A Senior Practice Accountant & Tax Advisor is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for a small but growing accountancy firm in Ringwood. This role would offer the successful candidate the opportunity to have a broad range of accounting and tax advisory responsibilities and make a huge impact on the success and future of clients. This is a strategic, advisory-led role offering in the commercial direction of client businesses and key responsibilities would be:
  • Provide detailed and commercially minded tax advisory and planning services
  • Work with owner-managed businesses
  • Lead involvement in company restructuring and business planning
  • Offer technical expertise in income tax, CGT, trusts, estates and ideally stamp duty
  • Prepare company accounts with a tax advisory lens
  • Handle HMRC enquiries and negotiations, ensuring compliance and protection
  • Ensure knowledge is maintained and up to date
Ideally this role will suit a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CTA) with strong client service/practice experience, tax knowledge and good commercial awareness. This could suit an accountant who has worked in a large firm but looking for a more personal and smaller firm to make a bigger impact. Benefits
