Our client a well-established and growing insurance specialist is looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial or property insurance to manage an existing portfolio of clients while driving growth through new business and renewals. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining high retention rates, and ensuring all processes meet regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of property insurance clients.
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Deliver on individual sales targets and contribute to team-wide business development goals.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, timely, and FCA-compliant.
  • Work closely with internal teams (including accounts and claims) to provide seamless service.
  • Monitor your own performance metrics and actively contribute to improvements in processes and service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and complete relevant professional development.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in commercial or property insurance account management.
  • A confident communicator with strong client service and relationship-building skills including networking
  • A good understanding of FCA regulations and insurance market operations.
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
  • Working towards or already holding a Certificate in Insurance (CII) is desirable.
