Customer Service Manager - Ringwood - up to £45,000Our client, based in Ringwood, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service team and ensure smooth communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance, resolve issues efficiently, and foster a positive, adaptable team culture.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service team to exceed targets.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and professional customer communications.
  • Coordinate with technicians and operations to manage appointments and urgent callouts.
  • Monitor KPIs, feedback, and service levels; report regularly to the Head of Customer Services.
  • Resolve escalated issues calmly and effectively.
  • Support the introduction of new systems and processes to improve service.
  • Champion continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service management, ideally in a fast-paced or reactive industry.
  • Experience managing both on-site and remote teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and call-handling tools.
