CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with our Ringwood, Hampshire client who is looking for a credit controller to join their growing finance team on an initial 6 month contract, however this assignment is very likely to be extended.Our client has experience substantial growth in the past few months and are needing an additional credit controller to join the business, this role will be supporting the finance team by optimising cashflow and building client relationships. As a Credit controller you will be chasing a wide range of clients from independent business owners to larger corporate organisations. What will the Credit controller  role involve?

  • Working in the credit control department to maintain over 3000 live account.
  • Ensure that customers are staying within agreed credit terms.
  • Chasing monies via telephone, email and letter.
  • Taking payments.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to maximise results.
  • Answering customer queries.

Suitable Candidate for the Credit control vacancy:

  • Previous experience of credit control processes.
  • Customer service skills, building rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Good level Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail with good administrative abilities.
