Job Title: Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (German & English Speaking)
Salary: 12.65 per hour + bonus (OTE)
Location: Ringwood or London (Hybrid)
Shifts: Flexible rota (Monday to Saturday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm)



About the Role

We're looking for a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant who can deliver exceptional service in both German and English across calls, emails, and live chat. You'll be joining a passionate and dynamic customer experience team that supports lottery and gaming customers, helping to create moments that are exciting, engaging, and truly rewarding.

You'll handle a range of customer queries, from general account questions to more complex issues - always aiming to provide fast, friendly, and effective solutions. No query is too complicated; with training, support, and teamwork, you'll find the right answers and make a real difference to the customer experience.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-quality support to German and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Managing customer enquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.

  • Achieving individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction and response time targets.

  • Working collaboratively within a motivated and fun team environment.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and share ideas for a better customer experience.



About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You'll need:

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

  • An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.

  • Good numeracy and literacy.

  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.

  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment (desirable but not essential).
